I've Arrived!
Hey everyone I've finally arrived after 24 hours of waiting in planes and airports. I left Sacramento at 6:30 and landed in Atlanta around 11:00. I waited there for 4 hours, met up with all the other missionaries. Like 20 of them. 9 of them are going to Uganda with me and the rest are going to South Africa, Zimbabwe, and Kenya.
The flight to Johannesburg was rough, not a fun ride, or a comfortable one. Once we arrived, we got our stuff, met the MTC Teachers that took us to the MTC, got our rooms, got acquainted, and here we are. I really miss everyone and I'm thankful for you all. I'll let you know more soon.
Love, Elder Bradford
***A few parental notes as I got to message him for a while after he sent this email.
The MTC (Missionary Training Center) is a lot smaller than the Provo one. Right now his group of about 35 are the only ones there.
He'll be staying at the MTC for 4 weeks not 2 1/2 like we thought. Apparently there is a "no fly week" during the time that he would fly out to Uganda. We aren't sure yet why they don't allow planes to fly during that time. Still trying to get clarification on this.
He misses everyone and wants you to email him.
Here is his email:

It is also on the main page of this blog so you don't have to refer to this post to get the email address.
His P-Day (Personal Day) is on Tuesdays while at the MTC. So that's when we should receive replies to the emails and his weekly letter.

Amazing , I felt the missionary spirit as I read it. The Holy Ghost testified again about why missions are so important in our spiritual journey. Thanks for that reminder. Love you Elder Bradford! ♥
